ShareSpace, a leading office lease platform & marketplace, has opened a new office in Berlin. The move caps an intense period of growth for ShareSpace, which expanded the German team.

ShareSpace entered the German market in 2021, securing cooperation with key partners, including Betahaus, Ahoy!, Design Offices, WeWork, and MindSpace. The objective is to have 100% market coverage in Germany and offer the clients a seamless office lease experience.

The new German office at WeWork Berlin Warschauer Platz expands ShareSpace’s presence to three European locations including Warsaw, Budapest, and Berlin. The move follows the appointment of four members to the team: Real Estate Strategy Manager, Workspace Success Manager, Relationship Manager, and Junior Relationship Manager.

Martin Kohn has taken on the duties of Workspace Success Manager. Martin studied Business Administration in Cologne and is particularly enthusiastic about the concept of the sharing economy. Martin’s background is mainly in sales.

“It’s great to be a part of such a dynamic company as ShareSpace and to build a position in the German market,” says Martin Kohn. “I believe ShareSpace offers a revolutionary product – a platform to search for an office, sign the contract via a digital signature, and manage the rent,” he adds.

Freek Schothuis joined ShareSpace as Relationship Manager and is responsible for relations with German partners and office space providers.

Conchi has extensive experience in marketing, communications, and project management. “It is exciting to join a multinational company with Polish roots. I am looking forward to working in an international environment and taking care of the product, which is in high demand in the German market,” she says.
