Smaller 4, 6 or 10-bed offices can be rented, as well as larger enterprise solutions. Location & Accessibility
The Unicorn on Kaufingerstraße is not far from Marienplatz. In Munich, one could hardly find a more central and lively location. Several trams (19, 21, N19) operate at Marienplatz and Theatinerstraße. In addition, the underground lines U3 and U6 and many suburban trains stop directly at Marienplatz. The underground lines U4 and U5 run along Stachus. The central station is only a few meters away. The U3 and U6 lines also stop in the immediate vicinity at Odeonsplatz. The nearby parking garage "City Parkhaus München" guarantees a comfortable arrival by car. The maximum daily rate is 24 €, with a little luck you will get one of the popular permanent parking spaces in a surrounding parking garage. Nevertheless, we recommend travelling by train, bus or bicycle.
