About Design Offices Riesstrasse 16

On the third floor of a modern office building a new job perspective is opened. Highly flexible office solutions and meeting rooms can be used for a variety of tasks. There are also four meeting rooms, which also have the most modern equipment. All conference rooms have direct access to the roof terrace. From there you can enjoy a wonderful view. In the nearby Olympia Shopping Center you will find all shopping facilities for your daily needs. There are also many excellent restaurants nearby. If you are looking for other inspirations or just want to relax, the legendary Olympic site is open to you. Of course, there is also a convenient transport network, with the main station less than ten minutes away by underground. By car it takes half an hour to reach the airport. You do not have to worry about parking, there are enough parking spaces in the underground car park.
 
Rental Prices & Equipment
In order to develop new ideas, temporary project teams and work groups need space outside the regular office procedures. The project office is the perfect solution for the efficient handling of demanding tasks. Concentrated work, creative brainstorming and continuous information exchange can be the best combination here. The offices are fully equipped and offer a professional business environment and state-of-the-art infrastructure. There is also enough space for large groups, these can be rented without long-term contracts with a flexible duration. In addition to the use of your own office and the lounge and telephone booths, services such as use of the kitchenette, coffee specialities, 24/7 access, WIFI, cleaning and ancillary costs are included.
As in every Design Office, various packages are offered for coworking:
Coworking Desk S: Unlimited 24-hour access to space, WIFI, use of a printer and scanner, kitchen for tea and cleaning, and use of a coworking salon for 2 hours a day at other national locations.
Coworking Desk M: Here you have the same services as Desk S. There is a lockable container.
Coworking Desk L: Compared to Desk M it has unlimited access to all national design offices.
 
Of course you can also rent a private office. There are 36 offices of different sizes. The minimum rental period is 3 months and the price depends of course on the size and the rental period.
Private offices S: for 1-3 persons and from 3 months.
Private offices M: for 4-6 persons and from 3 months.
Private offices L: for 7-10 persons and from 3 months.
 
Location & Accessibility
The underground station Olympia Shopping Center is only a few minutes' walk away, where the underground lines U1, U3 and U7 stop. If you want to take a short walk, you can choose the way through the former Olympic Village and take the subway line U8 to the Olympia Shopping Center. Many bus lines stop near Riesstraße and trams are nearby. The building also has rentable parking spaces, which is very interesting for car drivers. If you are interested, please contact the staff on site directly. There are many restaurants and shopping facilities near the Olympia Park. On the one hand, there is of course the shopping centre of the underground station of the same name, which can be reached on foot in a few minutes. If things have to go faster, there is food to go, like pizza or Asian cuisine, French fries, burgers or the North Sea. Those who prefer to cook for themselves in the evening can do their errands on the way home in the nearby Lidl on Dessauerstraße.
