On more than 1000 m² this building offers sufficient space for offices in the Arnulfbogen, the perfect working environment for small and medium-sized teams. The modern interior design and the high-quality office equipment offer everything you need for the modern working day and leave nothing to be desired. On the spacious roof terrace on the 5th floor, you can enjoy relaxed breaks, a cosy beer after work or a spontaneous creative meeting. Thanks to its location between the ZOB at Hackerbrücke and Donnersberger Brücke, the area around the Arnulfbogen quickly became a high-quality office location. International companies such as Cancom, Google and Check24 are in the immediate vicinity, as are interesting start-ups of the agency and the media environment, but also numerous hotels and free heating with a rich cultural offering. Arnulfpark is only a few minutes' walk away. Here you can take a short break and enjoy the fresh air.

The office is very bright and many windows and bright walls ensure that the room is full of light. Everything is simple. The design shows attention to detail - but in most cases there is no additional decoration. Shared offices and common areas are more interesting. Many pictures, shelves and small heads hang on the wall. In various offices and lounges you will find communication rooms and quiet corners. If you want to connect to the Internet, sit down at a large table in the lounge. If you want to work in a quiet environment, use a single table with a mobile mini-wall or a private office. Here you can design and set everything up freely in your own style.
This space offers various packages for coworking and offices, here is a short list
Coworking Desk S: Unlimited 24-hour access to space, Wi-Fi, use of a printer and scanner, kitchen for tea and cleaning, and use of a coworking salon for 2 hours a day in other national locations.
Coworking Desk M: Here you have the same services as Desk S. There is a lockable container.
Coworking Desk L: Compared to Desk M it has unlimited access to all national design offices.
 
In total there are more than 20 offices available, which are classified in the following 3 categories. The prices vary depending on the location of the office and the rental period:
Private offices S: for 1-3 persons and from 3 months
Private offices M: for 4-6 persons and from 3 months
Private offices L: for 7-10 persons and from 3 months.

Location & Accessibility
The design office is located near the S-Bahn Donnersbergerbrücke in Munich. Here the lines BOB, M, S1, S2, S3, S4, S6, S7 and S8 stop. Trams 16 and 17 stop directly in front of the door of the Donnersbergerstraße station. The central station is only two stations or 15 minutes on foot away. The ZOB is only about 10 minutes away. Further on, the underground station Mailingerstraße is located to the north, not far from the office. The good connection to the central ring road is essential, especially for motorists, and the A96 motorway in the west of Munich is also not far away. Thanks to the central location, there are many supermarkets and shops for daily needs in the vicinity. Your lunch break is also saved, there are various restaurants available - whether Italian, Spanish, Asian or German cuisine, there is the right restaurant for every taste nearby.
