Hourly and Daily Reservations

Payment for hourly and daily bookings is charged in full at the time of booking.

Reservations canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the booking will receive a full refund.

Reservations canceled less than 48 hours in advance will be charged the full cost of the reservation and cannot be refunded.

Monthly Bookings

Monthly bookings are paid at the time of booking for the first month plus any security deposit.

Reservations canceled no less than 14 days prior to the planned start date of the booking will receive a full refund (with deposit if collected).

Reservations canceled less than 14 days prior to the start date will receive a refund of 50% of the first payment (with full deposit refund if charged).

Monthly bookings canceled less than 48 hours in advance will be charged the full cost of the first payment and cannot be refunded. If a deposit has been collected, it will be fully refunded.

All bookings on ShareSpace can be mad a minimum 24 hours in advance.
