Newly renovated and refurbished. Reopened in June 2021, Coldbath Square offices offer fast, free WiFi, fresh coffee (included for meeting room hire), breakout spaces and private gardens.

Coldbath Square is our flagship venue with everything from 2 person up to 16 person+ offices available. Sitting in the heart of EC1 it is perfectly situated between Farringdon and Clerkenwell, just a stone's throw from foodie haven Exmouth market and nestled in the historical design hub of London. With major transport links, including the super cycle highway on the doorstep it's easy to see why our members have been with us for many years.

Aware that our members are now used to the comfort of home working our offices have been redesigned and now come fully furnished, providing high quality workspace. The new kitchen and shower also ensure members get the most from being back in the workplace.
