We have a self contained office to rent out. It is 1,480 sq.ft (138 sq.m) and split into several rooms.
It is on the fourth floor of our Riverside Building with lift and stair access. It has 2 main rooms, a glass walled meeting room and 2 glass walled small offices. There is a kitchen with dishwasher and fridge. There are 2 toilets and a shower. There air conditioning as well as gas central heating.
The views are stunning - over the River Thames and River Lea. Trinity Buoy Wharf is a former buoy manufactory located opposite the Millennium Dome (o2 Arena) at the junction of the River Thames and the River Lea. We have a range of buildings here, including London's only lighthouse and several buildings made from recycled shipping containers - which includes the Riverside Building where this office is located.
We are a centre for arts and creative uses and so have a really good creative vibe. We are a 12 minute walk from Canning Town Station and East India DLR station and have limited parking on site.
