Here you will find high-quality equipped offices as well as a roof terrace, which invites you to linger. The office building was completed in 2018 and consists of a mix of historic and new buildings.

Rental prices/equipmentThe modern workplaces are equipped to a high standard and every detail is coordinated. The site also has 8 conference rooms where you can hold your internal and external meetings. In addition to the classic, fully equipped offices, you can also rent individual workstations, which are also fully equipped and where you will lack for nothing. A long-term rental as well as a project-related, short-term rental is possible. The rental prices vary depending on the term and the additional services booked. You can rent a workstation here from as little as  € 290/month.

The Rödingsmarkt multi-storey car park is in the direct vicinity.
