The offer includes offices of all sizes. The offices can be rented with or without furniture. In addition to infrastructure and interior design, the offer also includes attractive services. And thanks to the variability of the contractual conditions, you can always retain flexibility and independence. All offices are not only fully functional, but also very beautiful. There is more than just work here. High-quality equipment and advanced lighting and acoustic concepts can ensure good health, improving work efficiency and entertainment.
As in any design office, various packages are offered for coworking:
Coworking Desk S: Unlimited 24-hour access to space, Wi-Fi, use of a printer and scanner, kitchen for tea and cleaning, and use of a coworking salon for 2 hours a day at other national locations.
Coworking Desk M: Here you have the same services as Desk S. There is a lockable container.
Coworking Desk L: Compared to Desk M it has unlimited access to all national design offices.
 
Of course you can also rent a private office. There are 36 offices of different sizes. The minimum rental period is 3 months and the price depends of course on the size and the rental period.
Private offices S: for 1-3 persons and from 3 months.
Private offices M: for 4-6 persons and from 3 months.
Private offices L: for 7-10 persons and from 3 months.
 
Location & Accessibility
The connection to public transport is excellent. The new design office in Munich can be easily reached by public transport. Both the bus and the S-Bahn stop nearby. The buses 53 and 63 as well as the S-Bahn S1, S2, S3, S4, S, S7, S8 stop at the station Münchener Donnersbergerbrücke. The tram also stops in Donnersberger Straße. In a few minutes you can reach space. Commuters went to the main station and walked about 20 minutes. In bad weather you can take the S-Bahn to both stations again. Drivers arrive from the west or east from Arnulfstraße and travel through the city from the north or south. For all drivers it should be said that you have the possibility to rent an underground car park.
