Pick up a Visitor card for CitySpace from the building reception desk, then go through the revolving gates, head to the elevators to the right (elevators B), go to the 4th floor. 
After exiting the elevators, head left to the CitySpace reception desk, where a professional customer service team will issue a card with the appropriate access and show you around the space.
