The modern Centrum Południe office building will be our second Wroclaw location. We will offer 1870 sqm of flexible space to future clients. The completion date for the space is scheduled for May 2023.

The office space will include small and large offices, project work spaces and a hot - desk. The office space can also be configured to the client's individual requirements.  

The new Business location will include amenities to be used by future clients. The space will be equipped with a modern kitchen with a communal table and dining area, a common area with soft armchairs and couches, coffee machine outlets and hot-desk workstations. A space with a console and large screen will also be created for fans of electronic entertainment.  In total, the Business Link Centrum Południe will offer 150 sqm of rest and relaxation space. In addition, clients will be offered five conference rooms of various sizes, equipped with professional audio-video sets. The office will also feature two server rooms dedicated to clients.

The axis of the Centrum Południe office building is Powstańców Śląskich Street, located in a rapidly developing part of the city. The Centrum Południe office building is the first building in Wroclaw to receive WELL certification, and the first phase of Centrum Południe also received the prestigious LEED Core & Shell certification at the Platinum level.
