CONTORA AG and Aachener Grundvermögen sign long-term lease agreement

S T U T T G A R T. A glance at the Stuttgart address book from 1942 reveals that Königstrasse 38 was already a very special business address in the last century. Not far from the Kronprinzenpalais, the "Great Bazaar" was home, for example, to lawyers and notaries, an optician, a specialist menswear store, a hat store and the aluminum headquarters. In spring 2023, the address is to experience a renaissance. Munich-based CONTORA AG and Aachener Grundvermögen, the owner, have now signed a long-term lease for floors 2 to 5. As a premium provider, CONTORA AG will create space for entrepreneurs and companies on more than 2,700 square meters in almost 60 offices and nine meeting and conference areas.
