Rental prices/equipmentThe fully equipped offices are all equipped with ergonomic chairs, tables and lamps. A Community Team is available for advice and assistance between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. and will take care of your mail as well as a delicious cappuccino. The rental price includes fully equipped workstations, running costs, cleaning, internet, 24/7 access, as well as water, coffee, tea and fruit. You can rent an office from a size of 6 workstations. Meeting rooms can be rented by the hour if required. The prices for a workstation with all inclusive services start at EUR 550.00/month.

Location and accessibilityThe location is directly at the Gendarmenmarkt, which is located between the Museum Island and the Tiergarten. Numerous shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés can be found in the direct vicinity. You have a connection to public transport via the nearby Französische Strasse underground station. You will find parking spaces in the Contipark multi-storey car park, which is also almost next door.
