Only admins can add new people to the team.
If you are an admin, first choose USERS & PERMISSIONS tab from the menu that will appear when you click on your name and surname:
Select +INVITE TEAMMATE button:
Afterward, enter your teammate’s data and choose the type of account you wish they have. There are two options:
- USER- can be assigned to a particular venue (or a few of them) and doesn’t have to have an access to all deals
- ADMIN- can always change the permissions of other users, sees all the deals, can edit your company’s data
After confirming all the data you have provided, click the button SEND INVITATION. Your teammate will receive an invitation to their email address with all the necessary information on how to conclude the process.
You can change users’ permissions and notifications.
The GLOBAL SETTINGS panel allows you to have full control, at all times, over who is assigned to each office capacity range (and thus the transaction size). In each segment, at least one person must be marked as the one who receives notifications.
You can also edit permissions for an individual user at each venue by clicking the EDIT option next to their name.
