If, for example, the client has not decided to complete the transaction, you can archive it, or close it if a contract has been signed, but outside the platform- this will finish the sequence of notifications regarding actions with this particular deal.
When you point the cursor at this symbol, the “CLOSE” option will appear:
When you click on it, the “CLOSE RESERVATION” window will appear where you will be asked to mark the answer to the question “HAS THIS BOOKING BEEN COMPLETED?” :
If so, (if a contract was signed outside the ShareSpace platform) you will be asked to complete the information about this contract needed to issue a commission invoice. If not, you will be asked to give a reason why the transaction was not completed:

Also, in order to unarchive the deal the only thing you need to do is.. write to the client using conversation panel- for example asking if maybe their strategy has recently changed 🙂
