It’s a very common situation when (either from client’s or operator’s side) person who is conducting the process is not the person who is responsible for signing the contract.
Our online signature feature allows to solve this challenge instantly.
Simply, to provide data to prepare the contract select “REVIEW DATA AND REQUEST AGREEMENT“:
You will see the summary of the negotiated terms.
If everything is according to what you’ve discussed with the Operator, simply choose “CONTINUE“:
You wil be asked to provide the data so that the Operator will be able to prepare the agreement for your company.
In the field “WHO WILL SIGN THE AGREEMENT” simply provide the name and surname of a person who is in charge of signing process.
Important!!! If there are more people to sign the documents, simply click on “+ADD SIGNEE” and provide the necessary names.
Once you enter all the details about your company choose “REQUEST AGREEMENT” button and await the agreement to be sent by the Operator.
After receiving the notification on your email address that “Operator has sent the agreement for signing”.
When you enter the platform (you can do it using magic link in your email notification) click on “REVIEW AND SIGN DOCUMENTS“:
To send the agreement for signing to the deisgnated person simply choose “SEND VIA EMAIL“:
Enter the corporate email address and click “SEND“:
A specific person will receive an email with the contract attached and will be able to sign it. What is important here, it will be possible without logging into the ShareSpace system, straight from their email box.
