After the negotiations with the Operator, in the next step it its you who verify and accept the conditions by clicking the “ACCEPT OFFER” button:
Verify the conditions of the offer, and if everything is in order, click “ACCEPT OFFER”.
In the next step, you will be asked to provide the data necessary to draft the agreement. And this is where you add the signees from your company.
You can be a signee or you can select other members of your team.
If the person who will be signing the agreement is not participating in the deal, you can use the field “ADD A NEW SIGNEE”.
The only data we need at this stage, is the same and surname of this person/s, as you will be asked to provide their email address when the Operator sends the Agreement for signing.
Click “ACCEPT OFFER” one more time to move to the next screen.
When the Operator sends you an agreement ready to be signed (at which point you will receive an email notification), click the “SIGN AGREEMENT” button.
In the next step, please verify the documents sent by the Operator and click “NEXT STEP”.
In this window, you can send the link to the online signature to the other signees from your team.
When all the signees sign the agreement (you can track it real-time), it is automatically sent to the Operator to be signed by them.
When the Operator signs the contract, you will receive a confirmation as well as the document with all the signatures, which you can download or print anytime.
A specific person will receive an email with the contract attached and will be able to sign it. What is important here, it will be possible without logging into the ShareSpace system, straight from their email box.
