We know how important it is for you to be well visible on our main listing page, possibly at the top. Unfortunately, we cannot offer position number 1 to all of our partners, however, we can point out to you a few factors which you can impact in order to be listed in the top search more often.
For each IP address entering ShareSpace, there will be a different listing order, therefore different positions will appear in the so-called “promoted”, the upper part of the list. The venues on top rotate automatically, enabling the client to see the widest range of available spaces and allowing you to present your offer at the top more frequently.
This rotation within the top part of the list is based on our internal algorithm, which takes into account:
- Responsiveness to your client requests – maximum 24h, but the sooner the better!
- Update of your offer – the availability and the price – at least once per month, however, we encourage you to update the offer immediately when the availability of your space changes.
Why? When he sees an offer on ShareSpace, we want our client to feel secure in regards to its availability, which allows him to proceed. We are trying by all means to avoid the situation in which the client falls for your beautiful space, clicks on “Book viewing” and then you are forced to reply that the offer is no longer available.
