Firstly, you have to add your venue to ShareSpace.

The next step of the process is to add offers for specific spaces i.e. offices, desks, or meetings rooms. Without those offers added, your venue will not appear in the search results.

Especially important is the last part of the space adding process – sending it for verification.
Without verification by one of our team members, the venue will not be live on the platform.
Pressing the VERIFY button after you added the space will send a notification to your local Relationship Manager, who will then be aware your space is waiting to be approved.
