Online signature tool is very convenient for both clients and operators, nevertheless it may happen that you will sign the contract outside of ShareSpace’s system.
Below you’ll find instructions on how to close the deal on ShareSpace.
First choose the transaction you wish to close. When pointing on upper right corner 3 “…” symbol will appear:
After pointing on that symbol the “CLOSE” option will appear:
You will see the Close Booking window where you”ll be asked to answer wheter there booking has been completed?
After choosing “YES” you’ll be asked to provide short summary of the conditions you agreed with the client.
Next, choose the lenght of the contract and the starting date:
Important!!! If the contract starts in any other day than the first workday of the month, the pro-rata invoice will be automatically issued, counted by the exact amount of the days of rent in that particular month.
In the next step choose the currency of your contract:
Afterwards, provide short summary of the conditions you have agreed upon.
To edit the numbers of your contract simply navigate to pencil symbol. If the client chose also rent extra spaces, you can simply mark those by choosing “+ADD SPACE“:
Next stage you’ll be asked to verify data regarding your company:
Last stage will require brief revision of the terms you’ve provided.
Simply choose “CREATE INVOICE” button:
Congratulations on your new client!!!
You’ll receive an invoice on your email address provided during registration plus you can always find it in your panel on ShareSpace.
