It is very important to log in to the ShareSpace platform all the information and arrangements after the viewing is complete.
Remember! It is much more convenient for the client to have the access to all of the transactions (also with other venue operators) in one place – ShareSpace platform.
That’s why we ask you to simply come back to the platform and continue communication with the client from here.
You can upload the conditions of your offer by clicking ADD OFFER in the upper right corner.
You will see a panel on the right-hand side of the screen.
At this point you don’t have to update all the details – just add the information you already know.
Updated sections are marked with a green tick, and those yet to be updated with a grey circle.
You can open details of each category of conditions by clicking the small arrow.
The first section is the “Rental Period”. In this section choose the starting date (when the Client would like to move in) and the end date of the lease. You can choose the length of the contract from the drop-down list or select a specific date on the calendar. If the offer is for an indefinite period, choose such an option from the drop-down menu.
The next section is “Offices”. Fill in here the capacity (for how many people is the office), quantity (how many units of this size is the clients leasing), and the unit price (how much is the office per specific unit – not in total). Add as many office types as you wish. If on top of a private office, the client is getting few desks, add them as an office with capacity 1.
The next section is “Extras”. You can edit freely the information in here – there is no drop-down list – just type in what you need, how many of it, and how much per unit (not in total) it costs.
In the section “Summary” you can double-check if everything is correct. You will see here the total price for offices per month, for extras per month and finally those two numbers added together.
If anything is incorrect you can go back to each section to correct the data you put in.
The very last section is “Offer attachments”. If you wish, you can upload your file with an offer here – simply click on the button and upload from your device a pdf file, presentation, or any document you want.
When you’re finished, click UPDATE TERMS
Both you and the client will see a so-called “receipt” with the summary of your offer terms in the chat window.
Following the negotiation process and before signing the contract client expects you to provide them with an update of the offer.
You can do it as often as necessary by clicking the button UPDATE OFFER.
BE CAREFUL: In order for the client to be able to accept your offer and the process to move on, all sections need to be updated (marked with green tick).
When finally you agree with the clients on the conditions of your agreement, you will be able to upload your agreement document and sign the contract.
