You always have direct contact with the client in the ShareSpace conversation panel.
If you, however, need to contact the client for example on the phone you can get the contact details by clicking on the client’s name anywhere in the chat.
You will then see a window with the client’s contact details, such as phone number or email:
Remember to update on the platform the viewing date, details of your offer, or any other matters you discussed with the client on the phone.
