According to Cresa market data, modern office space capacity in Warsaw will exceed 6 million square feet in the first quarter of 2021. At this point, 1.2 million square meters are still under construction.

The centrally located complex of three Varso Tower buildings which will accommodate offices, a hotel, restaurants and the highest observation deck in Poland, offering panoramic views over Warsaw.
While it’s still under construction, Varso Tower has already become the tallest building in Poland at 310 m high.

Norblin Factory (Fabryka Norblina)
The neglected gem of the post-industrial scene is being renovated and soon will accommodate new offices, shops, restaurants, eco-market and a museum. The investors want to put Norblin Factory back on the map of Warsaw and cherish its 180 year-old history.
Soon, the complex will welcome both the tenants and visitors and become a place to work, shop, meet and relax.

Browary Warszawskie (Warsaw Brewery)
A modern complex of offices, apartments and cafes in the heart of the old industrial Warsaw Wola district. It’s located in the place where the famous Haberbusch and Schiele breweries stood 170 years ago. The modern architecture meets history here, and the whole space helps you reset and relax.
The building has been renovated with strong referrals to the original and the beer will be soon brewed here again.

The Skyliner tower, located in the Warsaw Wola district, is 195 meters of elegant design and sustainable architecture. 45 floors and 16-meters high lobby, 21 seed lifts that transport you to the highest floor in 24 seconds – the Skyliner is definitely a skyscraper with technology at its finest.
The additional perk is a Skybar with breathtaking views, situated 165 meters above the ground level.

This complex is located in the heart of Warsaw business district and brings together startups and corporate bodies. All floors are adapted to diverse types of tenants. The Warsaw Hub has won the “Award of Excellence” in one of the most prestigious skyscraper contests – CTBUH Awards.

The name of the building corresponds to the legend of Warsaw and a mermaid named Sawa. Sky Sawa will consist of two parts: A building of 9 floors and building B that will reach 155 meters.
