In the newly created position, Thomas Jodar will be responsible for a team of advisors, developing strong relationships with clients, and coordinating the office lease process.

“I’m joining ShareSpace as Head of Business Development and together with Robert, Marcin and Adam we will expand the product on the new markets. In the near future we will work intensively on building a team across Europe and developing ShareSpace presence abroad,” says Thomas Jodar.

From Colliers to ShareSpace

He comes to ShareSpace from Colliers where he was Senior Associate and responsible for building hybrid solutions by combining HQ, flex providers, and remote work for Enterprise clients. Prior to Colliers, he worked for WeWork as Enterprise Sales Director. 

He closed over 35 transactions in two years, including the largest flex transactions in CEE (400+ workstations). He has also been intensively involved with such fields as sales, management, recruiting, and leadership.
