A spacious, bright, beautiful space on Fashion street, 5 mins walk from Liverpool St and a stone's throw from Brick lane. Large table seats up to 20 people. Shopfront can be included or not included (if not included, this will be rented separately). Fully fitted recording studio in the basement (can be included or not, and if not, it will be used by others).

The space would be best for a creative or well-being-leaning company that may benefit from the vitality and buzz of the local area. We have beautiful plants in the space that bring it to life (you need to water them once per week).

The space will be entirely yours, we are taking some time to work remotely and save cash as we raise our next round, so we are happy with between 1-6 months. We will also be local whenever needed or if there are any issues.
