About House of Business BEM Center

The uniqueness of our new center is provided by the restored neoclassical facade of the former Radetzky barracks, which defines the atmosphere of Bem Square and still offers a hotel and office building that meets the challenges of the 21st century.
A part of the building facing the park and the Danube has been developed into a 127-room elegant hotel, while to the west, behind the hotel, is an A+ office building. In order to visually and physically connect the Kimpton Budapest Hotel and the BEM Center office building with the surrounding streets, a covered passageway connects Kandó Kálmán and Henger Streets.

The building complex is a candidate for the GOLD rating of the American LEED certification system: the building’s rainwater harvesting, electric car chargers, green roofs, heat pump cooling and heating system, and the high percentage of recycled content in the building materials, among other features, contributed to the recognition.
