Unicorn opens this new location in Kreuzberg on Moritzplatz in a new building with over 2,300 sqm and 6 floors. This location will have space for over 424 workstations and there is an outdoor area on each floor. Per floor 36-79 workstations will be realized, which will be located in a large area.
Rental prices/equipmentThe fully equipped workstations are all equipped with ergonomic chairs, tables and lamps. The rental price includes the fully equipped workstations, running costs, cleaning, internet, 24/7 access, water, barista coffee, tea and fruit. Meeting rooms can be rented by the hour if required. The entire location has showers and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable temperature even on hot summer days. On the ground floor there is a café and a disabled toilet and workstations. A reception service for your guests and mail forwarding is naturally included in the package. The prices for a workplace with all inclusive services start at EUR 418.00/month.
