Film House is being beautifully restored and will offer over 94,000 sq ft of flexible workspace, spanning eight floors. As part of the Soho Conservation Area, the building facade will retain its character, whilst the inside will offer contemporary interiors designed to maximise collaboration and productivity.

Built in the late 1920s on Film Row (now Wardour Street), Film House is known for it’s cinematic ties and was once home to companies such as Associated British Pathé, Gaumont-British Picture Corporation, and Warner Brothers in the 1920s.

Film House offers a number of enterprise workspace solutions, including private offices, office suites and full floors.

The lower ground and ground floors will offer a mix of work, collaboration, and social areas, alongside
shared amenities. These floors will be the community centre of the building, designed for all to use.
