About Cluster Stare Podgórze

Our Cluster Stare Podgórze location is a blend of history and modernity. The building from 1892 has been restored and extended in 2021, offering five floors of modern office space.

During the renovation, we took care to preserve the historical character of Krakow's Stare Podgórze. We used high-quality materials, and the decorations and artwork by local artists, including Bartłomiej Chwilczyński, add to the character.

Cluster Stare Podgórze is the perfect place for those who value both history and modernity. The office is adapted to the highest standards, especially in terms of equipment (ergonomic furniture) and building installations (ventilation and air conditioning, high standard of the IT network). Opposite the office, there is a covered, multi-level modern parking lot.

The location allows for strolls in the neighboring Bednarski Park and Podgórski Market. The nearby Father Bernatek Footbridge offers easy access to the Kazimierz district.

We offer 1,250 m² of office space, including 14 serviced offices for altogether 156 people and 15 coworking spaces. Conference rooms are also available, ideal for meetings and workshops.
