The modern office building Centrum Południe is our second Wroclaw location. We offer customers 1700 sqm of flexible space - small and large offices, meeting spaces, and hot desks. Like all Business Link locations, the office has a modern kitchen and dining area, comfortable common spaces, and ergonomic office furniture.

A nook with a console and a big screen has also been created for electronic entertainment enthusiasts. In total, the South Center offers customers 150 sqm of rest and relaxation space. In addition, clients have three conference rooms of various sizes equipped with professional audio-video sets. The office also has two server rooms dedicated to clients.

The axis of the Centrum Południe office building is Powstańców Śląskich Street, located in a rapidly developing part of the city. The office building where Business Link Centrum Południe is located has received the prestigious LEED Core & Shell certification at the Platinum level and is the first building in Wroclaw to receive the WELL certification.
