About Unicorn Rosental 6

The space for unicorns is limited to the 5th floor. It is the smaller of the two locations in Munich. There are no telescopic or maintenance stations, only private offices. These 12 offices have different sizes. The smallest office has space for three workstations. The largest office unit can accommodate up to 14 people. The co-working space of Rosental 6 is located in the centre of Munich. It is the smaller of the two Unicorn locations in the Bavarian capital. The family area with only 12 flexible offices extends over the ground floor. The monthly rent includes everything from the workstation to the necessary infrastructure, such as WLAN to fixed coffee charges. Due to its central location in Munich's old town it is very easy to reach. On the other hand, there are many restaurants around the work area for lunch. At Unicorn you are always flexible and have a short notice period. 
Rental price
Unicorn offers you a comprehensive, all-inclusive package. Services include: fully equipped desk, including mobile container, WLAN / LAN, operating costs, 24-hour access via the app, company address, postal service, printer / scanner / office supplies, barista coffee, tea and a water flat rate, as well as fresh fruit. Only private offices are available in this space. A team office for 3 people can be rented from 1.770 €/month. For a 6-person office you only pay about 3,500 €/month. Prices may vary depending on the rental period.
Location & Accessibility
The Einhorn work area Viktualienmarkt is located in Rosental6. It is located directly at the Viktualienmarkt. The Marienplatz is also only a two minute walk away. There is not much in the heart of Munich. Oberanger and Rindermarkt have several bus stops directly. There are also several trams (19, 21, N19) at Marienplatz and in Theatinerstraße. Many light rail and other trams stop east of Isartor. You can walk to Einhorn in five minutes. No wonder: Thanks to the location in Altstadt-Lehel you can be perfectly connected! It is difficult to get to the centre of Munich. There are no parking lots near the Viktualienmarkt. The Schrannerhalle car park is the closest, but expensive. The day ticket costs 30 Euro and the day ticket 3,50 Euro. There is also a parking garage at Marienplatz, but the day ticket costs 30 Euro. The parking garage in Rieger City is cheaper with 20 Euro per day. Because of the convenient transport between buses and trains you should use this transport route.
