The Business Center is located in Leopoldstraße in picturesque Schwabing in Munich in a quiet environment. The modern office building is designed with high-quality exterior walls made of glass and bricks. It is a U-shaped unit consisting of two main buildings and a connected building. Thanks to the large glass surface, the office building offers you friendly rooms full of light, which you can rent for a minimum of 1 month.
The office centre in the famous Leopoldstraße offers you fully furnished offices with a surface area of approx. 12 to 65 square metres. IT cables and high-speed fibre optic cables have been installed in the offices to meet the highest office requirements. The conference room for up to 40 people is optional and can be rented flexibly. A multilingual assistant will be happy to answer your questions or to welcome your customers. There are also sufficient parking spaces in the in-house underground car park.
 
Rental prices and equipment
The furnished offices can be rented in a very flexible way, which means that you do not take any risk and you also have the possibility to rent additional offices or to cancel the rental contract for unused office space. The price can vary depending on the rental period. In addition to round-the-clock access, the rental price includes other amenities such as pre-installed telephone systems, secretarial service, reception service, IT service, air conditioning, photocopiers, daily cleaning and use of the tea/coffee kitchen. This allows you to concentrate fully on your work and the service personnel on site will take care of the rest.
 
Location and accessibility
The office centre borders on the one hand on the Munich television tower and on the other on the Olympic Park. It is located in Leopoldstraße with an optimal connection to the road network and public transport in Munich. Many shops, bars, restaurants and hotels are within walking distance, thus ensuring that you can enjoy your lunch break. Public transport is only a few minutes away, from where you can reach all important places in the city.
