Gdańsk-Kowale Distribution Centre is a modern warehouse complex located at ul. Magnacka 4 in Gdańsk, Poland. The park offers flexible warehouse and office space, with units of approximately 23 400 m², 20 000 m², 16 714 m² and 10 261 m² available for lease. The project totals around 130 700 m² of leasable space, making it suitable for logistics, storage, light manufacturing and distribution operations.

The scheme is situated right next to the Tri-City ring road, close to the Gdańsk–Kowale junction, providing direct access to key routes S6, S7 and the A1 motorway. This location enables efficient transport towards Łódź, Gdynia and the wider Polish and European road network. The warehouse lies roughly 13 kilometres from Gdańsk Airport, about 20 kilometres from the Port of Gdańsk and the DCT container terminal, and around 15 kilometres from Gdańsk city centre.

Warehouse space is offered from 4,20 EUR/m², with office space from 11,00 EUR/m² and a warehouse service charge of 7,10 PLN/m². Office areas within the park can be adapted to individual tenant requirements.
