AJ Food Magazyn at ul. Wileńska 37 in Gdynia offers a high-bay warehouse tailored for food logistics and controlled storage. The building provides 10 m clear height, allowing four storage levels, with a rack system designed for EUR pallets. There are currently 900 pallet positions ready for use, with another 900 planned and available from 01/2025. Each rack bay is set for three EUR pallets (about 2.5 m wide), with beam load capacity of 3 000 kg and a maximum pallet weight on the rack of 1 000 kg.

The warehouse is dry, with temperature maintained in the approximate range of 12–20°C. Procedures and certifications for food handling are implemented, including HACCP and GHP, along with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. The floor is an industrial, dust-free surface with a load capacity of 5T/m², supporting intensive forklift traffic and dense storage layouts.

The facility was put into use in 2019 and 2022 and offers three lowered loading docks with mechanical ramps, plus one dock at ground level. Typical operating hours are 6:00–16:00, with other schedules open for arrangement. There is 24/7 security on site.

The total lease area is 3 700 m². Office space within the property is available from 5,32 EUR/m², while warehouse space is listed at 0,00 EUR/m² plus a warehouse service charge of 5,00 PLN/m².
