7R Park Orzesze is a newly developed warehouse complex located on ul. Modrzewiowa, within the Katowice region of southern Poland. The scheme is planned as a logistics and light production hub with a total target area of around 172 000 m², divided into four A-class warehouse and production halls. Each hall is designed with truck courts, manoeuvring yards and parking for both passenger cars and heavy goods vehicles, supporting efficient circulation for logistics operations.

The park benefits from road connectivity via key routes such as the A1 and A4 motorways, as well as the S1, S86 and S52 expressways, giving convenient links across the Silesian region and to the rest of Poland. A public transport stop is currently located about 4 km from the site, and there is a possibility to arrange a nearby private carrier stop to better serve employees and visitors.
