CGL Mysłowice Park is a warehouse facility located at ul. Białobrzeska 22, in the Katowice area of Poland, close to key routes S1, S52, S86 and motorways A4 and A1. The park operates as a functional complex with an A-class warehouse building, a separated office and social block, a pallet shelter and a gatehouse. The property obtained both building and occupancy permits in 2009.

The main role of the warehouse is storage, with technical parameters that allow it to handle food products. The building has a single ground floor level with standard storage space and a box-in-box cold store. The refrigerated area is divided into four independent zones (three chambers and a vestibule), each with separately controlled temperature, enabling flexible conditions for different goods.

The main office and social area is located on the western side of the building and spans two above-ground floors. Around 26 626 m² of warehouse space is currently available to lease, with warehouse rent starting from 4,10 EUR / m².
