CTPark Częstochowa is an industrial warehouse park located on ul. Łukaszewicza in Katowice, Poland, designed as a cross-dock development with two A-class buildings. The scheme is planned in Lgota, around 10 km from the center of Częstochowa, with a total planned warehouse and office area of about 102 000 m², including approximately 58 000 m² of warehouse space and 44 000 m² of accompanying offices. Current modules available include units of around 42 908 m² and 57 152 m², giving flexibility for larger logistics or production operations.

The park sits close to key regional roads A1, S1 and S11, as well as national road 43 via the Częstochowa – Jasna Góra junction, which supports national and international distribution. About 8 km away there is a railway station and roughly 51 km away is Katowice International Airport, offering additional transport options for staff and freight. The project is planned with BREEAM certification in mind and aligned with ESG guidelines, with access to a local labor market supported by several universities in the broader region.
