Zakład Produkcyjny Piątek at ul. Łęczycka 32 near Łódź offers around 2 400 m² of production and warehouse space on a plot of approximately 15 400 m², delivered to the market in 2017. The facility is arranged in two main sections. In section A, tenants can use overhead cranes with lifting capacities of 30 tonnes, 8 tonnes and 5 tonnes, combined with a floor load of 10 t/m² and a clear height of up to 15 m (around 8 m in the lower part). Section B is equipped with a Vetter slewing crane (2 tonnes), with building height of about 4–5 m and racking systems both inside and outside the building.

The warehouse provides drive-in gates of about 5 m and 14 m in height, supporting access for large vehicles and non-standard cargo. Installed power is 246 kW, with the option to increase up to 300 kW within roughly two months. The complex also includes a heated social and office zone of about 160 m², plus mechanical ventilation and monitoring.

The property sits close to regional road 703, about 5 km from the A1 (Autostrada Bursztynowa), with convenient routes to the A2 near Zgierz, and road connections via A1, A2, S8 and S14 to Łódź and Warsaw.
