Hillwood Gniezno is a warehouse park located in 62-262 Fałkowo near Poznań, right by the S5 express road and around 30 km from the A2 motorway, with convenient access also to the S11 route. This location enables efficient distribution toward Poznań, Gniezno, Warsaw and the main logistics hubs in Poland and Europe.

The complex consists of two warehouse buildings with a total area of about 98 126 m², with current leasing options of 76 938 m² and 21 188 m². Space can be divided into smaller modules, with the layout of warehouse and office areas arranged to match operational needs.

The buildings offer a clear height of 10 m, a 12 × 22,5 m column grid and a floor load capacity of 5 t/m². There are loading docks, ground-level doors, a sprinkler system, skylights, smoke vents, LED lighting and gas heating. The project follows BREEAM certification standards.
