A2 East Warsaw Park at ul. Kresowa 14 is a warehouse complex designed for logistics and light production operations just outside Warsaw, next to the A2 motorway and the Halinów junction. The park sits near key road routes A2, S2, S17, S8, S79 and S7, making distribution toward eastern and western Poland straightforward and predictable.

The complex consists of three halls with a total area of about 88 000 m², with flexible warehouse and office units that can be adapted to different business models. Maneuvering yards and parking areas are planned to support intensive truck traffic.
