The scheme is planned on a plot of about 13 ha and is designed to offer more than 65 000 m² across five separate warehouse halls, with modules from around 7 290 m² up to roughly 15 120 m². Some of the buildings have BREEAM certification, and the park belongs to the A-class warehouse segment with a standard clear height of about 10 m.

The centre of Wrocław is roughly 14 km away, and the area is served by public transport, including the Wrocław Psie Pole railway station.
