We present the Artefakt building located at ul. Wielka 27 in Wrocław. Its glass façade with vertical details adds lightness to the building's soaring shape and perfectly illuminates the lease areas surrounding the centrally designed communication and sanitary core.

The external walls are entirely glazed, with floor-to-ceiling high, hinged window units with double glazing that eliminate noise coming from the street. From the upper floors there is a wonderful view of the city, and from the highest ones even of the nearby mountain ranges surrounding the Wrocław Plain. Some offices have access to the terrace for the exclusive use of the tenant.

The office space on all floors was built as open space to be freely arranged according to the needs of future tenants.
