P3 Szczecin City is a warehouse complex at ul. Franciszka Ksawerego Druckiego-Lubeckiego 1C-D in the Śródmieście district of Szczecin, directly by the Western Oder. The park consists of two large-format warehouse buildings with a total of over 61 000 m² of space, with individual modules from around 2 800 m². The storage height of approx. 10 m and a column grid of 22.6 x 12 m support efficient racking layouts and production or logistics operations.

The halls are fitted with sprinklers, destratification fans, fire protection systems and gas heating. Skylights above the loading zones provide natural daylight during operations. On-site there are charging stations for electric vehicles. The park also uses photovoltaic panels, water-saving fixtures with aerators, landscaping and flower meadows. Depending on operational needs, it is possible to arrange dedicated office space within the buildings.

P3 Szczecin City benefits from public transport stops “Lubeckiego” and “Dobromiry” served by tram lines 6 and 11 and bus lines 525, 526, A, 69 and 80.
