Wola Retro is an office complex located at Skierniewicka 16/20 in Warsaw’s Wola district, blending the character of a 1930s building with two newly constructed towers. The original structure, designed by Bohdan Lachert and Józef Szanajca, stands as a testament to modernist architecture, featuring rounded gable walls and a distinctive concrete barrel roof. This building, which once served as the “Centrala Zaopatrywania Instytucji Ubezpieczeń Społecznych,” is now complemented by two class A office towers rising 9 and 14 stories above the city, all connected to create a unified business environment.

The total lease area across the complex is substantial, with the historic building offering 6 620 m² and the new towers providing 17 880 m². There’s even the possibility to combine spaces for a single floorplate of around 3 300 m². The site itself covers 6 867 m², and the project was completed in the third quarter of 2019. The design, inspired by the layered walls of quarries, was brought to life by Kuryłowicz & Associates, a team recognized for their award-winning projects both in Poland and abroad.

Getting to Wola Retro is easy, with Płocka metro station (M2 line) nearby, plus tram lines 10, 11, 13, 26, and 27, and bus routes including 103, 105, 106, 178, N45, N95, and Z26.
